Neon Bubble Galaxy and Arrows Puzzle Pro do not provide a US5 account or saved profile. As a result, US5 does not operate an in-game account or saved-profile deletion process for either game.

If you emailed US5 Incorporation and want the related correspondence reviewed for deletion, email usfiveincorporation@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request.”
What to include
Provide the email address used, approximate date, and enough context to locate the correspondence. Do not include passwords or sensitive credentials. We may need to verify that you control the relevant email address.
Google service processing
Google controls information processed through AdMob and Firebase Crashlytics under its own policies and service settings. A correspondence deletion request sent to US5 does not delete information in those services, and US5 cannot promise deletion from third-party systems it does not control. Read the privacy policy for the distinction between US5 correspondence and this Google-controlled processing.
What happens next
We will review a correspondence request and explain the action taken. Some information may need to be retained where reasonably necessary for security, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or legitimate record keeping.
