Scope
This policy covers the US5 Incorporation corporate website and the mobile games Neon Bubble Galaxy and Arrows Puzzle Pro. It explains what US5 handles directly and what our third-party service providers process when you use either game.
Neon Bubble Galaxy
Neon Bubble Galaxy does not require an account. US5 does not directly collect your name, email address, contacts, precise location, photos, or gameplay content through the game. US5 does not sell personal data.
Arrows Puzzle Pro

Advertising and diagnostics in the games
Neon Bubble Galaxy and Arrows Puzzle Pro use the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to provide advertising. Google states that this SDK automatically collects and shares IP addresses, which may be used to estimate general location, interactions with each app, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Advertising may be personalized or non-personalized depending on consent, age, region, device settings, and each app's configuration.
Both games also use Firebase Crashlytics to identify crashes and improve stability. Crashlytics may automatically process crash logs, app and device diagnostics, and installation identifiers. This information is used to investigate errors, prevent failures, and maintain the games.
These services are provided by Google and operate under Google's Privacy Policy. Their automatic SDK processing means it would not be accurate to say that no data is processed or shared when either game is used.
Information you choose to provide
This website does not receive or store form submissions. The enquiry form opens a prepared draft in Gmail. When you choose to open it, the draft details are sent to Google so Gmail can display them. If you send the message, US5 Incorporation receives the information through email and uses it to respond and manage the resulting correspondence.
Website operation
We do not intentionally deploy analytics, advertising, accounts, or non-essential cookies. GitHub Pages delivers the website and may process ordinary technical information such as IP addresses and request logs under GitHub’s own terms and privacy practices.
Sharing and retention
US5 does not sell personal data. We do not independently share information for unrelated purposes. Google processes the game data described above as our advertising and diagnostics provider. Email and infrastructure providers process information as needed to deliver their services. Google controls retention within AdMob and Crashlytics under its policies and service settings. We retain correspondence only while relevant to support, security, legal, or legitimate record-keeping needs, then remove it when no longer reasonably needed.
Your choices
You can manage advertising choices through your device and Google settings. You may also reset or delete your device's advertising identifier and uninstall either game. You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information held in correspondence, subject to information we reasonably need to retain for security, legal, or record-keeping purposes. The games have no US5 account or saved profile to delete.
Security
Google states that Mobile Ads SDK data is encrypted in transit and that Crashlytics data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use reasonable care when handling correspondence, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
